Mariana Cruz

Mariana Cruz has work experience in various companies. Mariana worked at Weni as the Head of People from April 2021, and previously as Talent Acquisition from October 2020 to April 2021. Before that, they were an intern at Doity Plataforma de Eventos from November 2019 to May 2020, holding the position of Administrative Intern. Mariana also worked as an intern at Sebrae, specifically in the Strategic Management Unit, from May 2018 to November 2019.

Mariana Cruz completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Universidade Federal de Alagoas from 2015 to 2022. Mariana is currently pursuing a Postgraduate degree in Organizational Psychology and People Management at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul. Additionally, Mariana obtained a certification in "Decodificando a Cultura" from Future Dojo in 2021.
