Alon Pinhasi

Alon Pinhasi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Alon started their career at Algodyne in 2006 as a Project Manager and Algorithm Developer. In this role, they were responsible for the company's R&D, signal processing algorithm development, and managing a team. Alon also assisted in the fund raising process and supervised a hardware sub-contractor.

From 2009 to 2011, Alon worked at BrightView Systems as an Algorithm Developer. Here, they researched and developed next-generation capabilities, modeled the optical and electrical physics of photovoltaic cells, and developed R&D tools. Alon also formulated new algorithmic methods and solutions for optimization problems.

In 2011, Alon joined NICE Systems as a Senior Speech Analytics Researcher. Alon'sresponsibilities included researching and developing advanced speech processing algorithms and next-generation capabilities. Alon was also responsible for the full-cycle development process, from idea generation to implementation and machine learning training tools.

Alon then moved on to Fundbox in 2016, where they initially worked as a Senior Data Scientist. Alon was responsible for the research and development of predictive risk models for credit scoring. In 2019, they were promoted to the role of Data Science Tech Leader. In this position, they continued their responsibilities as a Senior Data Scientist while also taking on leadership roles in the organization.

Currently, Alon Pinhasi holds the position of Senior Data Scientist at Wenrix since 2023.

Alon Pinhasi obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 1990 to 1994. Alon then pursued further education and received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Tel Aviv University between 1997 and 2000. Continuing their academic journey, Alon earned a Master of Science (M.Sc) in Physics from Tel Aviv University from 2003 to 2005.
