Lisa Bates has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Lisa started their career in 1981 at PG&E, where they worked as the Director of Comp and Benefits for nearly two decades. After that, they moved on to co-own B & B Sports, Inc from 2000 to 2005. Lisa then joined E & J Gallo as a Senior HR Consultant in 2003, where they worked until 2007. Currently, Lisa is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Wente Family Estates. In this role, they serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, implementing systems and processes to improve efficiency and decision-making. Lisa focuses on hiring and building a strong team of professionals.
Lisa Bates completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan from 1977 to 1979. Lisa then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Organizational Development from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 1979 to 1981.
