Jeff Gilmore

Jeff Gilmore has a long and varied career in sales and engineering. Jeff began their career in 1989 at A.O. Smith, where they held several roles including Sales Leader-Heavy Truck. In 1997, they moved to Tower Automotive, where they were the Product Development and Validation Leader, as well as the New Business Development Leader-Heavy Truck. In 2002, they joined CTLGroup as the Group Manager-Structural and Transportation Lab. In 2005, they moved to Construction Forms as the Director of Sales-Ultra Tech Division, where they achieved a sales growth of 10% in the first year, 60% in the second year and 250% in the third year. In 2009, they joined Steele Solutions, Inc. as the Vice President of Engineering and JobCamp Milwaukee as a Volunteer-Improv Interview Co-Chair. In 2016, they joined Taylor Dynamometer as the Global Sales Manager, leading the merging of two sales forces into a new team. In 2018, they joined Wenthe-Davidson Engineering Co. as the Vice President of Sales, leading the Sales efforts at the metal fabricator.

Jeff Gilmore attended Marquette University from 1984 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
