Previously, Michael held the position of Clinical Advisor at NBMPHN from June 2018 to July 2023 and worked as a General Practitioner at Myhealth Kable Street for over 25 years, from January 1997 to May 2022. Additional roles include A/Director of Training for GP Pathway at Blacktown Hospital from October 2017 to January 2021, Clinical Lead for the Western Sydney Integrated Care Program at Western Sydney LHD/PHN from May 2014 to June 2018, and Clinical Director and Medical Educator at WentWest Ltd from April 2006 to May 2014. Michael Crampton holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from UNSW and completed secondary education at Marist Brothers Pagewood.
