Kailey Mandigo

Kailey Mandigo is a Clinical Oncology Pharmacist at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital since January 2023, previously serving as Pharmacy Operations Manager and Pharmacist at Nantucket Cottage Hospital from September 2020 to December 2022. With experience in various pharmacy roles, Kailey has demonstrated expertise in sterile compounding, medication safety evaluations, inventory management, and developing medication-related policies.
