Keith Bartlett

Keith Bartlett is the Vice President of Support Services at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital. Keith has over 20 years of experience in marketing and business process excellence.

Keith started their career at WR Grace in 1998 as the Director of Marketing. Keith was responsible for the full marketing and technical service of a 40 person worldwide organization in five locations. Keith led and championed a stage-gate product development process that increased productivity from one to three new products per year. Keith also led a worldwide project team across three continents in developing a business adjacency strategy to leverage core competencies to capitalize on a latent market need. As a result of Keith's efforts, the company was able to license the technology with a partner. In addition, Keith was also responsible for implementing a value based pricing methodology that generated over $1MM in revenue enhancement.

In 2008, Keith left WR Grace to join First Marblehead as the Vice President of Business Process Excellence. At First Marblehead, Keith led and managed a team of 6 Black Belts and a Project Manager to improve existing business processes or design new ones for an 1100 employee firm. Keith was successful in delivering over $17MM in quantified, independently approved financial results. Keith also developed plans to re-structure operations enabling business performance through three reductions in force events in a very challenging financial credit market.

Keith is currently the Vice President of Support Services at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital. In this role, they are responsible for leading the support services team and overseeing all aspects of patient care. Keith has been successful in improving patient satisfaction scores and reducing length of stay at the hospital.

Keith Bartlett received their Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire. Keith then went on to receive their Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the same school. After working in the business world for a few years, Keith decided to further their education by obtaining their MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

They work with Jeff Pollock - Vice President of Information Systems, Paul R. Cass - Vice President of Clinical Integration & Chief Physician Executive, and Sheila M. Woolley - Vice President of Patient Care Services & Chief Nursing Officer. Keith Bartlett reports to Jeff Hughes, Interim President & CEO.
