Kelly J. Hutzell

Kelly J. Hutzell currently serves as the Associate Dean of the School of Architecture and Design at Wentworth Institute of Technology, a position held since November 2022. Prior to this role, Kelly J. Hutzell was the Director of the School of Architecture at New Jersey Institute of Technology from August 2021 to September 2022 and held several leadership positions in the architecture program at Wentworth Institute of Technology from August 2015 to July 2021. Kelly J. Hutzell's academic career includes various roles at Carnegie Mellon University between 2005 and 2015, where responsibilities ranged from Associate Teaching Professor to Lucian & Rita Caste Chair Visiting Assistant Professor. Additional professional experience includes positions as a Senior Designer at Machado and Silvetti Associates Inc. and Baker Design Group, as well as as a Designer at Holst Architecture. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Architecture and Urban Design from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Roger Williams University.
