Susan G. Duffy

Associate Provost for Transformational Learning & Partnerships at Wentworth Institute of Technology

Dr. Susan Duffy serves as the Associate Provost for Transformational Learning and Partnerships and Associate Professor of Management at Wentworth Institute of Technology since September 2021, leading various initiatives including the Accelerate: Innovation + Entrepreneurship Center and the Women@Wentworth programs. In addition, Susan has been a Board Member of the Tory Burch Foundation since 2013, advocating for women's empowerment. As a consultant and executive coach, Susan has worked with multiple institutions including Babson College, Simmons College, and the World Bank, focusing on women's entrepreneurial leadership and education. Susan has also held leadership positions such as Executive Director of the Center for Women's Entrepreneurial Leadership at Babson College and Founder of the Women's Entrepreneurial Leadership program at George Washington University. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Management and Organization from The George Washington University School of Business and a Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Science from The Johns Hopkins University.
