Annette Ehrlich

Annette Ehrlich is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in systems administration and customer support. Currently serving as a System Administrator at Cleveland Metroparks since April 2023, Annette has previously held roles at Diebold Nixdorf from October 2014 to July 2022 as a SaaS Software and Support Specialist and Service Systems Engineer, where extensive work was done in managing cloud-based SaaS solutions. With earlier positions at Medina County as a Systems Administrator and Performance Networking Incorporated as a Windows Systems Consultant, Annette has a comprehensive skill set in Windows Active Directory, SQL databases, and network systems. Military experience includes serving as an Intelligence Officer in the US Air Force Reserve, contributing to process improvements in Intelligence Logistics.
