Florian Althoff is an experienced Senior Product Manager and Product Owner with a background in process data optimization, equipment standardization, and automation engineering. With a Master's degree in Technical Management: Automation and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering - Automotive System Engineering, Florian has a strong foundation in the technical aspects of manufacturing. Throughout their various roles at WEPA and Kautex Textron, Florian has led projects in data architecture, machine learning, software development, and standardized equipment implementation to drive process optimization and efficiency.
