Laura Grabowski

Laura Grabowski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation management and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Lead Innovation at WEPA since January 2022, Laura previously held roles such as Senior Innovation Manager and Co-Founder of EINFACH Schorle, a brand dedicated to creating special non-alcoholic beverages with a minimalist approach. Laura co-founded Ferroso, an online material sourcing platform for the steel industry, and worked as a Senior Venture Architect at mantro GmbH, aiding companies in innovation and new business opportunities. Other notable positions include Venture Development Manager at Haniel, Master Candidate in Customer Experience Management at Telia Norge, and Expert Operations at TARGOBANK, focusing on strategy and digital transformation. Laura holds a Master of Science in International Marketing from Jönköping University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Social Sciences from Rhine-Waal University, alongside earlier technical education.
