Shelly Evans

Shelly Evans has worked in the property management industry for over 10 years. Shelly began their career as a Group Quarters Supervisor with the U.S. Census Bureau. After two years, they transitioned to Assistant Property Manager with The Simpson Company of Georgia, Inc. In October 2014, they became Property Accountant with Community Management Professionals. Shelly is currently Director of Operations at WePartner.

Shelly Evans has a property and casualty insurance license from Kaplan University and a bachelor's degree in accounting and business/management from University of Phoenix.

Their manager is Rose Jarboe, CEO. They are on a team with Alex Raul - Director of First Impressions and Business Development, Peter Sheng - Director of Asset Management, and David Anderson - Director of Acquisitions.
