Animesh Kondiparthy has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Animesh started their career as a Business Development Manager at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories in 2010, where they worked on providing affordable and innovative medicines.

In 2015, Animesh joined Nefab Americas as a Product Analyst, focusing on packaging solutions for industries such as Telecom, Energy, and Healthcare. Animesh was responsible for evaluating user interviews and research to define product features for a B2B e-commerce website. Animesh also played a key role in driving sales force effectiveness and cost-saving initiatives.

Moving on, in 2017, Animesh joined SEPHORA as a Product Manager. Animesh led the development of an IoT and communication SaaS platform product, which increased data efficiency by 30% and user engagement by 10%. Animesh also delivered new omnichannel strategic initiatives to enhance the store's digital customer experience. Animesh was proficient in ATG, E-commerce, and order fulfillment systems.

In addition to their formal education, Animesh has obtained several certifications. Animesh completed the AI Product Manager Nano Degree at Udacity in September 2019. In June 2019, they obtained the Data Analytics Fundamentals certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Animesh also completed the A-Z Hands-on Tableau training for data science at Udemy in June 2018.

Animesh achieved the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification in August 2020 from Amazon Web Services (AWS). In June 2019, they obtained the Advanced Google Analytics certification from Google Analytics for Business. Animesh also holds the Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in March 2017.
