Brendan Mallon has extensive work experience in the payment industry. Brendan began their career at Infusionsoft in 2012, starting as a Tier 1 Technical Support and later taking on roles such as Tier 1 International Technical Support and Technical Support Expert. In 2015, they became an Account Manager for Infusionsoft Payments. Brendan continued with the company until 2017, accumulating valuable knowledge and skills in customer support and account management.

In 2017, Mallon joined WePay as a Technical Account Manager. Brendan quickly progressed to the role of Senior Technical Account Manager and eventually became Vice President, Senior Technical Account Manager. Brendan played a crucial role in managing technical accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, Mallon took on the responsibility of Senior Product Manager - Product Readiness, where they further showcased their expertise in product management.

Brendan Mallon is currently pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Emergency Management and Homeland Security, Cybersecurity Policy and Management from Arizona State University. Brendan began their master's program in 2021 and is expected to complete it in 2023. Prior to this, Brendan obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management from the same institution. Brendan completed their bachelor's degree between 2019 and 2021.

Before attending Arizona State University, Brendan attended Mesa Community College from 2014 to 2016. At Mesa Community College, they earned an Associate's degree in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate of Completion in Emergency Management during the same period.
