Connor Pestka

Connor Pestka has a diverse work experience in various industries. Connor started their career in 2016 as a Director/Camera Operator at Olivet Nazarene University, where they shot and directed videos for live events and managed live streams for athletic events. In 2017, they became the Executive Editor at GlimmerGlass, Olivet Nazarene University. Connor then worked as a Marketing Intern at Riverside HealthCare in 2018. Later that year, they joined John Deere as a Communications Intern, supporting the company's various areas through media content management, video production, and design. In 2019, they worked at Alliance Redwoods Conference Grounds as a Recruitment Assistant, where they found talented individuals and built relationships with universities and internship programs. Connor also served as a Naturalist, facilitating outdoor education classes and operating challenge elements. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Motion Recruitment (formerly Jobspring) as a Technical Recruiter, focusing on Backend and Data Software Engineers. In 2021, they joined Rivian as a Technical Recruiter, contributing to the company's mission of transitioning to sustainable transportation. Currently, they are a Technical Recruiter at WePay, starting in 2022.
