Gene Ousey

Gene Ousey has a diverse range of work experience spanning several companies. Gene began their career at NetSoft in 1989, where they served as Director of Product Management until 1998. Afterward, they worked at Compuware as an Enterprise Sales Manager from 1998 to 2000. Gene then joined UST Global where they held the role of Global Relationship Manager and Practice Director for Utilities and Energy from 2005 to 2010. In 2011, they joined SK Telecom Americas as Senior Director of the Smart Grid Billing Project, a position they held until 2012. Gene then moved on to Primitive Logic, a consulting firm, where they worked as a Senior Solutions Consultant from 2013 to 2015. Currently, they are employed at WePay, first serving as a Senior Solution Engineer since 2015, and later transitioning to the role of Principal Integration Engineer in February 2019.

Gene Ousey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Management and Operations from The University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant from Salesforce.com in June 2014, Salesforce.com Certified Developer from Salesforce.com in October 2013, Utilities Industry Specialist from Oracle Partner Network in August 2013, and Salesforce.com Certified Administrator from Salesforce.com in February 2013.
