- Director of Oracle IT Vendor Engagement from November 2018 to November 2019, where they provided guidance for vendors supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and developed a vendor management application.

- Director of Oracle Cloud Partners Enablement from April 2012 to November 2018, where they designed and executed the partner recruitment program for Oracle Sales Cloud and managed partner relationships.

Helen Zhao completed their education at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Systems Engineering in 1998. Helen further pursued their studies at the same institute and received a Master of Science degree in Computer Science in 1999.
