Radhika Nikam

Radhika Nikam has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. In 2015, they worked as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani - Goa Campus. Radhika then went on to work as a Research Intern at the National University of Singapore, where they developed anomaly detection mechanisms for Intelligent Transportation Systems. In 2017, they continued their research work at the National University of Singapore as a Research Assistant, focusing on building effective workflows for crowdsourcing ground-truth classifications. In 2019, they joined the RiskEcon® Lab for Decision Metrics @ Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences, New York University as a Graduate Research Assistant, where they built a wildlife detection and classification pipeline. Their most recent roles include working as a Research Engineer at Numerati® Partners LLC and as a Software Engineer at WePay, where they are currently employed.

Radhika Nikam earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from New York University, which they attended from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, from 2012 to 2017.
