Sarfaraz S.

Sarfaraz S. started their work experience as a Software Engineer at Folio3 Software from November 2007 to December 2009. Sarfaraz then became a Senior Software Engineer at the same company from January 2010 to July 2011.

In October 2011, Sarfaraz joined the University of Florida as a Graduate Research Assistant. Sarfaraz'srole involved research on automating schema transformations for a project called NSF's iDigBio. Sarfaraz developed components for Talend Open Studio for Data Integration to perform data transformations from MySQL databases.

In 2015, Sarfaraz worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Host Analytics Inc from April to August. After that, they joined Optimizely as a Software Engineer from August 2015 to June 2016.

Since July 2016, Sarfaraz has been working at WePay. Sarfaraz initially held the position of Senior Data Engineer, where they worked on maintaining and updating the analytics datamart. Sarfaraz'sresponsibilities included processing millions of transactions and using BigQuery and Airflow extensively. Sarfaraz then transitioned to the role of Software Engineer in August 2019, where they are currently employed.

Sarfaraz S. pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer and Information Systems from 2004 to 2007 at NED University of Engineering and Technology. After completing their undergraduate studies, they went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General from the University of Florida from 2011 to 2014.
