Fifi Henirawati Hoo

Fifi Henirawati Hoo has a diverse work experience in the fields of insurance, lubricants, and sales. Fifi founded and served as the CEO of WE+, a Smart Insurance Marketplace, where they focused on building and improving the platform. Fifi also worked at BP as the President Director of Castrol Indonesia, overseeing various lubricant businesses and managing teams in marketing, supply chain, commercial, HR, and HSSE. Additionally, they held the position of Acting Country Sales Director and Strategy Projects & Global Mining Coordinator during their time at BP. Prior to their time at BP, Fifi worked at Castrol as the OEM Director/B2B Automotive Lubricant Head.

Fifi Henirawati Hoo completed their education with a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree from Universitas Tarumanagara in 1999. Fifi then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the National University of Singapore, which they completed in 2002. Fifi has also obtained several certifications, including ANZIIF (Senior Associate) CIP in 2023, Certified Indonesian Insurance & Reinsurance Broker from The Association of Indonesian Qualified Insurance and Reinsurance Brokers (APARI) in 2022, Insurance Broker Level 5 from Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi in 2021, APAI Certificate from APARI in 2021, Certified Financial Planner (CFP) from FPSB Indonesia in 2020, and CMO Member Club 2015 from Jakarta CMO Club - Philip Kotler Center for ASEAN Marketing in 2015.

On, July, 5th 2023, WE+ has been approved to provide Digital Insurance Brokerage Services (Layanan Pialang Asuransi Digital - LPAD) from Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). WE+ offer a variety of insurance product, including life, health, vehicle, and property insurance. Furthermore, we are developing interesting features, such as digital claim services, telemedicine, bill payments, BPJS checks, hospital and workshop directories that can be access by anyone, anywhere, and anytime. Our team come from various backgrounds and united by the same mission, which is to make insurance accessible for all. At WE+, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
