Dorien Vach has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Dorien is currently working as the Chapter lead Customer Contact Center at WWF Netherlands. Prior to this, they held various roles at Nederlandse Zorgautoriteit (NZa), including Unitmanager Informatie en Contact Centrum and waarnemend unitmanager Detectie en Snelle interventies bij Toezicht en Handhaving. Before that, Dorien served as the Manager Klant Contact Centrum at DBC Onderhoud, where they were responsible for managing the Helpdesk team and communication team. Dorien also worked as the Manager Uitvoering Operationeel at Sociale Verzekeringsbank, overseeing three departments and leading a team of team leaders. Dorien's experience also includes a role as the Director Customer Contact at WWAV, where they managed four departments and was responsible for telemarketing campaigns. Dorien started their career as a Managing Director at Corris BV, where they established and expanded the Dutch branch of the company. Dorien also gained experience at KLM as a Coach and Corporate Management Trainee.

Dorien Vach has a diverse education history. In 1984, they completed their VWO studies at Marnix College. Following this, they attended Utrecht University from 1990 to 1996, where they earned a degree in Law. In 1993, they briefly studied at Université d'Orléans, focusing on Droit privé. In 2009, Dorien underwent training at SRM Opleidingen/NIMA B and received a NIMA B degree. Most recently, in 2019, they attended Beeckestijn Business School, specializing in Digitale marketing en organisatie.
