Nancy Weil

VP Program And Portfolio Management at Werewolf Therapeutics

Nancy Weil has worked in the program and portfolio management field for over 40 years. Nancy began their career in 1979 at Baxter Travenol in various roles. In 1989, they were appointed Director of Engineering at Genzyme Biosurgery (formerly BioSurface Technology), where they were responsible for all site Engineering functions for a start-up company manufacturing cell cultured epidermal skin grafts. In 1991, they became a Project Manager at Badger Engineers. In 1994, they joined Serono as the Director of Engineering. From 1999 to 2020, they worked as a Program/Portfolio/Alliance Management Consultant for various projects at Millennium (now Takeda), Biogen, Momenta, Vertex, Alnylam and Serono (now EMD Serono). In 2019, they became the Vice President of Portfolio & Program Management at Lyndra Therapeutics, where they were responsible for the program management of multiple internal and alliance programs in pre-formulation, formulation, pre-clinical, and Phase 1 stages to support platform technology. In 2021, they joined Saniona as the Vice President Program Management, where they were the Program Leader for multiple cross-functional early stage rare disease programs to provide strategic leadership and serve as the point of primary accountability. Nancy is currently the Vice President Program and Portfolio Management at Werewolf Therapeutics.

Nancy Weil holds a BA in Biochemistry from Vassar College and an MS in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University.
