Carmen Rodriguez is an experienced business professional with a diverse background in healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as OEM Business Manager at Werfen since September 2020, Carmen focuses on defining and implementing commercial strategies through strategic partnerships across the US, EU, and China. Prior roles include Commercial Alliance Manager at Emergent Biosolutions, where responsibility entailed overseeing launch readiness and managing alliances, and Strategic Global Pharma Director at INDUKERN, leading regional teams in developing global business strategies. Carmen has also undertaken a sabbatical to enhance knowledge in healthcare financing and digital transformation.
