Clare L. is a certified Medical Laboratory Technologist with over eight years of experience in the medical device industry and clinical settings. Currently, Clare serves as the Manager of Biologics Procurement and Manufacturing Training at Werfen. Previously, Clare held various roles at Immucor, Inc., including the same position in biologics procurement and manufacturing training, and worked as a Medical Technologist for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Clare's strong background in GMP-compliant laboratory practices, blood banking, and clinical diagnostics is complemented by leadership skills in overseeing lab operations, ensuring compliance, and mentoring team members.
