Evelien Bakker

Evelien Bakker possesses extensive experience in various leadership roles within the Dutch Ministry of Defence, currently serving as Hoofd Kabinet Hoofd Directie Financien & Control and Directeur Employability at Dienstencentrum Personeelslogistiek since June 2017. Bakker has previously held positions such as Director at Begeleidings en Bemiddelingsorganisatie, Hoofd Bestuursondersteuning at Defensie Materieel Organisatie, and various management roles at Vliegbasis Soesterberg. With a strong focus on employability, external mediation, and organizational efficiency, Bakker has led multiple programs and initiated key projects within the Defence sector. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Organization & Policy from the University of Amsterdam and several management training programs.
