Fabian Boumeester

Fabian Boumeester is an experienced architect and consultant specializing in interoperability for Command & Control Information Systems (C2IS) within the Netherlands Army and international platforms. Currently serving as a Senior Architect for the Ministerie van Defensie, Fabian leads efforts in designing Exchange Gateways for Land C2IS and directs the MIP Team Lead of the Service Engineering and Prototyping Team, contributing to international standards and prototypes. As the owner and Managing Director of F.A. Boumeester Holding B.V. and a Senior Engineer at NATO Communications and Information Agency, Fabian also provides consulting services through Boumeester Consulting B.V. with a strong foundation in software development, established in earlier roles at multiple organizations. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Electronics & IT from Hogeschool Rens & Rens.
