Serena Dekker

Serena Dekker has extensive experience in dynamic information management, having served in various roles within the Ministry of Defence since 2001. Currently, Serena holds the position of Team Leader B for Dynamic Information Management at the Joint IV Command, focusing on policy execution and personnel coordination. Previous roles include Senior Staff Member of Dynamic Information Management and Head of Section for Post, Repro & Archives at the Koninklijke Marechaussee. Additionally, Serena has worked as Head of the Exploitation and Documentation Centre, where responsibilities included assessing and adapting information needs. With a solid educational foundation in record coordination from DIOR Opleidingen, Serena has developed a strong expertise in information organization and documentation over the years.
