Ap de Boer has extensive experience in risk management and quality control, currently serving as a Quality Controller for the Pensioen van Straks program at APG Financial since 2010. Previously, Ap held key roles including Riskcontroller, Manager Interne Beheersing, and Senior Auditor, with responsibilities ranging from developing risk management policies to leading audits and advising on compliance. Ap's earlier career includes significant roles at Cordares as Head of Operational Audit and Functionaris voor de Gegevensbescherming, as well as leadership positions at GVB and UWV, focusing on operational audits and financial assessments. Additionally, Ap is actively involved in the diving community as the Chair of Training at Duikvereninging Aqua-Fun and a certified NOB 2* Diving Instructor. Education credentials include degrees in Internal Auditing from the University of Amsterdam and various qualifications from Hogeschool Markus Verbeek.
