Emmanuel Uloko JR, RHIA, MISM, ITIL, currently serves as the ITSM Service Management/Change Enablement Lead at APG, where responsibilities include managing major incidents and ensuring effective communication with executives and teams across multiple regions. Previously, Emmanuel held roles as Change Manager and ITSM Process Analyst at UW Medicine, leading change management to prevent disruptions, and as Senior ITSM Process Specialist at Wake Forest Baptist Health, where work focused on incident management and policy design. Early career experience includes positions as Epic Application Coordinator/Analyst II and Denial Claim Coder, along with a foundation in medical coding. Emmanuel holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management.
