Henk Koerts is an experienced marketing and management professional with a strong background in channel marketing, product development, and strategic consultancy. Currently serving as Senior Channel Marketing Manager at APG since May 2019, Henk is responsible for managing communication channels to enhance customer satisfaction and cost efficiency, utilizing customer insights for data-driven improvements. In previous roles, Henk worked on product innovations in pension services, led marketing strategies at Loyalis and Rabobank, and contributed to organizational change management.
