Joost Petit

Joost Petit is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and strategic transformations within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Transitiemanager WTP at APG since February 2021, Joost is the key contact for the organization's transition to new pension legislation for a major client and also leads the Dutch Pension Reform programme. Previously, Joost held the position of Director Financial Services at IG&H Consulting & Interim, where the focus was on consulting for insurance and banking sectors. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager at PwC, specializing in business strategy, digital transformation, and operational design for financial institutions. Joost's career began as a Project Manager at ING, with earlier entrepreneurial experience as CEO and Founder of Vanquish-IT. Joost holds an MSc in Information Management from Tilburg University and has furthered education at prestigious institutions such as IMD and INSEAD.
