Roy Kastermans

Roy Kastermans is an experienced professional in the field of information management and IT services, currently serving as the Value Stream Manager for End User IT Services at APG since September 2010. Kastermans has held multiple roles at APG, including Business Information Consultant and Product Owner for the Integration Centre for Enablement, focusing on Mulesoft integration. Prior to APG, Kastermans completed an internship at Innervate, focusing on ITIL process improvements, and worked at Vodafone in various positions, including Flexpool Coordinator and Callcenter Agent. Kastermans holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Management from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences and has further enhanced skills through various leadership and agile methodologies courses.
