Ruud Hendriks

Ruud Hendriks is an experienced business management professional currently serving as the Head Of Business Management and Senior Program Manager at APG since September 2011, leading the transformation to Agile Portfolio management using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®). In addition to their role at APG, Ruud is the Founder and Owner of Aurora Consultancy, focusing on organizational development and change management since January 2020. Previously, Ruud held various leadership positions at Oce-Technologies B.V., including Director of European & Asian Integration, where responsibility involved ICT integration between Canon and Oce. Ruud's early career includes serving as a Naval Officer in the Royal Netherlands Navy. Ruud holds advanced degrees in change methodologies and business engineering from esteemed institutions.
