Sander Dijkstra

Sander Dijkstra has extensive experience in the pension and financial services industry, currently serving as a DevOps Product Owner at APG since November 2007. Responsibilities include overseeing participant communication related to the transition to the Pension Act and developing platforms such as MijnABP and Mijn Bouwpensioen, which enhance participant understanding and management of their pensions. Additionally, Sander works on maximizing customer value throughout the pension journey for various pension funds. Formerly a Manager of Pension Execution, Sander contributed to policy development and operational plans, as well as leading a team of administrative staff as a Pension Specialist. Sander started career as a Trainee Pension Specialist and held the position of Recruitment Consultant at UWV Werkbedrijf. Sander holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences and completed VWO at Sintermeerten College.
