Hayley Sudbury

Hayley Sudbury has worked in a variety of roles since 2000. Hayley began their career in the Automotive, Energy & Finance Sectors as a Product Development Lead, developing and launching new products in regulated environments. In 2004, they moved to ANZ Bank as Head of Global Supplier Management. Hayley then joined Barclays Bank in 2007, where they held the roles of Head of Pricing - Cash Management, Global Commercial Product, Head of Initiatives - Global Commercial Product, and Head Service and Supplier Management. In 2008, they became Chief Taster for The Tasting Sessions, a London based passion project featured in WIRED Magazine and BBC Radio4. From 2010 to 2016, they worked as a Business Transformation, Planning and Strategy Consultant for various organisations. During this time they also served as a Sherpa/Mentor for Stemettes. In 2018, they became a Leadership Fellow at Society of Leadership Fellows, St George's House, Windsor Castle. Finally, in 2016, they became CEO of Werkin.

Hayley Sudbury's education history includes a two-year Excellence Scholarship at Bond University from 1997 to 1999. Hayley also holds four additional certifications: Fellow of The Royal Statistical Society from the Royal Statistical Society in February 2017, Speaker at Westminster Kingsway College, London from Founders4Schools in May 2016, Speaker at Townley Grammar School, Bexleyheath from Founders4Schools in March 2016, and Speaker at Brentford School for Girls, Brentford from Founders4Schools in November 2015.
