Marcel Raaman is a seasoned Functioneel Consultant at Inforaa, specializing in the OpenWave application since November 2016. Currently, Marcel holds various roles as a Senior Functioneel Beheerder for multiple clients, including Omgevingsdienst Regio Arnhem, Omgevingsdienst de Vallei, and Gemeente Boekel, where responsibilities involve providing strategic support, training, and system configuration for the integration of OpenWave into existing frameworks. With a strong educational background from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and Bestuursacademie Nederland, Marcel contributes to the management of the VTH-Applicatie OpenWave across several municipalities, focusing on implementation and adherence to the Digitaal Stelsel Omgevingswet (DSO).
