Jennifer Smit

Jennifer Smit is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Director and head of the Construction and Engineering Practice Groio at Werksmans Inc since March 2011, specializing in insolvency, construction, and general litigation. With a background as a Senior Associate at Werksmans Attorneys from 2007, Jennifer has also held positions as a Contract Management Specialist at Accenture and a Legal Advisor at Internet Solutions. Prior experience includes an Associate role at Bowman Gilfillan.
