Elfriede Boer

Elfriede Boer has extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Directeur at Werkzaak Rivierenland since January 2015, where coordination of the transition of five organizations into one is a key responsibility. Additionally, Elfriede holds the position of Bestuurder at Logistieke Hotspot Regio Rivierenland since June 2019. Previous roles include Projectleider Regionaal Infrastructuur Werk en Inkomen at Regio Rivierenland from June 2013 to December 2014, managing eight project teams to develop a regional infrastructure plan for nine municipalities. Elfriede also served as Algemeen Directeur at Sociale Dienst Bommelerwaard and Coordinator Bedrijfsbureau at Dienst Sociale Zaken en Werkgelegenheidsprojecten, focusing on the implementation of ISO 9001 standards to enhance service delivery.
