Miranda Schouten

Miranda Schouten is an experienced professional in the fields of research, development, and labor integration. Currently serving as the Teammanager Onderzoek & Ontwikkeling at Werkzaak Rivierenland since March 2016, Miranda leads a team of approximately 45 staff members dedicated to supporting 350 employees in their journey towards regular employment. Additionally, Miranda has held various leadership roles, including Projectleider participatie and Projectleider CIRTEX, focusing on societal participation and the establishment of a circular textiles sorting center. Past positions include operational management in reintegration, strategic partnerships for labor market integration, and team management in coaching and support for individuals with disabilities. Miranda holds a bachelor's degree from the Academie voor Psycho-Sociaal Welzijn and has further qualifications in Lean methodology.
