Bill French

Bill French is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT service management and operations. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at Werner Enterprises since January 2021, Bill previously held multiple leadership roles at FNBO from November 2013 to December 2020, including Sr. Director of the Infrastructure Support Center and Director of the Network Operations Center. Bill's responsibilities included guiding teams in Change Management, Configuration/Release Management, and Incident Management to maintain 24x7 support for high-volume operational environments. Earlier roles encompassed positions such as Group Manager and Systems Engineer at FNBO and Windows Server Administrator at Kutak Rock.
