Marti Williams

Marti Williams is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies. Currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master at Werner Enterprises since December 2020, Marti previously worked at Harbinger Partners and Mutual of Omaha Bank, now CIT Bank, as an A-CSM and Senior Project Manager, advocating for Agile practices. Prior roles include an A-CSM and Senior Project Manager at Kiewit, demonstrating proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies while managing detailed project plans and coaching Agile practices across the organization.
