Rosa King has over 16 years of experience at Werner Enterprises, where managerial roles include Manager of Rate Administration, Billing Customer Service Supervisor, Supervisor of Rate Publications, and Rate Admin & Detention Supervisor. Responsibilities involved supervising, mentoring, and training teams, analyzing customer accounts to facilitate corrections, and ensuring accurate billing processes.
