Erika De Santi started their work experience as an Internship as a Travel Agent at Agenzia viaggi "Quando Viaggi" in 2005. Erika then worked as a Travel Agent at Greenland Viaggi di BIT Viaggi S.R.L. in 2007. In 2010, they were an employee at Verona City Hall in the Tourism and Culture Departments. Erika worked as a Hotel Receptionist at Poiano Resort in 2011. From 2013 to 2016, they were a Marketing Specialist and Product Developer at Wish Days. In 2017, they became a Project Coordinator at WeRoad and later became the Head of Strategy & Operations in the same company in 2018. In 2019, they became an Equity Partner at OneDay Group. Currently, they hold the position of Co-Founder & Managing Director at WeRoad since 2019 and also serves as the Co-Founder & International Expansion Director.

Erika De Santi earned a Master of Sciences (MSc) in Tourism Marketing from the University of Surrey in 2011-2012. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Modern Language for Tourist and Business purposes at Università di Trento from 2007-2010. Erika also holds a Diploma di scuola secondaria superiore in Liceo Europeo Linguistico Moderno from Istituto Paritario "Lavinia Mondin" from 2002-2007. In addition, they attended Bell Educational Services Ltd in 2006 to study English Language and Literature, General. Erika has obtained various certifications including Corso Online in Digital Strategy from Ninja Academy © in 2016, Brand Naming - Creare valore e facilitare la comunicazione from ASAM - Associazione per gli Studi Aziendali e Manageriali - Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 2014, IELTS - International English Language Testing System from University of Cambridge - ESOL Examinations in 2011, and FCE - First Certificate in English and Zertifikat Deutsch from University of Cambridge - ESOL Examinations and Goethe Institut respectively.
