Dowell Garrison

Dowell Garrison has extensive experience in supply chain management and sourcing, currently serving as the Director of Supplier Relations & Sourcing at Wesco since February 2020, following roles as Sr. Sourcing Manager and Sourcing Manager. Prior to this, Dowell held a position as the Chair of the Board of Directors at LCRA Credit Union from February 2018 to April 2024. Dowell's experience at LCRA from January 2001 to May 2019 included various leadership roles such as Director of Supply Chain Materials Management, Manager of Materials & Procurement Operations, and Manager of Inventory Management. Dowell's career began as a Substation Electrician. Dowell's educational background includes studies at Texas State University, Blinn College, Hardin-Simmons University, and Smithville High School.
