Joel Theisen

Joel Theisen is an experienced sales executive with a robust background in global account management and channel development. Currently serving as VP Sales Global Accounts OEM at WESCO Distribution since January 2020, Joel oversees significant sales efforts, managing over $800M in sales to complex OEM customers across multiple regions. Prior roles include VP Global Sales OEM at Anixter and various leadership positions at Belden Inc. and MTS Systems Corporation, where extensive achievements in sales performance, channel strategy, and business growth were realized. Joel holds both an MBA in Sales/Marketing from the University of St. Thomas and a BS in International Business from St. Cloud State University.
