Leonid Akim is a Senior Director of Lean at WESCO Distribution, bringing twenty years of expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Six Sigma. They have led Lean implementations in Fortune 200 companies, developed corporate-wide programs, and facilitated numerous training sessions, including Lean workshops and the training of new Black Belts, Green Belts, and Continuous Improvement personnel.
