Sherap Tsering

Sherap Tsering is a seasoned information security professional with extensive experience in vulnerability management and IT administration. Currently serving as the Vulnerability Mitigation Lead at Wescom Credit Union since December 2022, Sherap is tasked with identifying and addressing server and application vulnerabilities across the organization. Prior to this role, Sherap spent nearly a decade at Logix Federal Credit Union, advancing from Systems Administrator III to Information Security Engineer III, where responsibilities included conducting vulnerability scans and security assessments using Rapid7 InsightVM. Sherap's career began at Hasa Pool Inc. as a Network/Systems Administrator after a rapid promotion from an entry-level technical position. Sherap holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Mountain State University and a Bachelor's in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
