Anna Young is an experienced leader in talent management and leadership development, currently serving as the General Manager of Leadership and Succession at Wesfarmers since July 2012. With a strong focus on succession planning, gender diversity, and inclusion, Anna also held the role of Executive Talent Consultant at Wesfarmers, specializing in the talent management of the top 250 executives. Additionally, Anna contributes as an Advisory Board Member for the Menzies Foundation and served as Executive of Leadership and Talent at NAB.
