Fiona Ryan is an accomplished professional in the fields of people and culture, organizational design, and change management, currently serving as General Manager People & Culture at Wesfarmers since February 2022. Previously, Fiona held positions such as Organisation Design at AGL Australia, Consultant at McKinsey & Company, and Change and Engagement Lead at Bupa Australia & New Zealand.
